DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods are delivered by Australia Post. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Tabi May Life. Digital goods are delivered immediately. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
At Tabi May Life, we always strive to make sure you are happy with your online purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to help. In order to return or exchange a purchase, please retain your original receipt, as you will need this as proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed without proof of purchase. If your purchased item is faulty or not as expected, please contact the Tabi May Life team and our team will guide you through the process of returning the item for repair or exchange.
Refunds
Tabi May Life handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 15 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. All refunds are made at the discretion of Tabi May Life. All products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with packaging) to be eligible for a refund. Only physical items can be returned for a refund. Electronic items such as Gift Cards and Ebooks cannot be returned nor refunded. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and apply to online purchases only. Please note: We will endeavour to process all refunds as soon as possible. However, refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Customers are entitled to a 30 day exchange period (30 days from receiving the product). A faulty product may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please provide images of the faulty product prior to returning to secure your exchange. When exchanging goods, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. If the exchange is for reasons other than product fault, postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning any item, except where the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, Tabi May Life will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of your original purchase will apply. If delivery has already been made, the customer must return the product at their own expense. A refund will be issued once Tabi May Life receives the returned product in its original packaging, in good condition, and with the original receipt.
