Spartan October 2025- Woodford
After having such a good time in May, we completed another Spartan Race, this time at Woodford. Now that we knew what to expect, we participated in multiple races across the weekend. A handful of us did the 21km and then the rest of the team did the 5km (we made the top 5 biggest teams!). These races were tough and the hills and heat rattled us all, however every single person who set out to do the race completed it! Spartan has brought so many people in the TML community together through both the event and extra group training sessions, and seeing everyone help and encourage each other along the way was amazing. I am incredibly grateful for our community and it won’t be our last Spartan!
Spartan May 2025- Ivory’s Rock
In May, we did our very first Spartan Race! This race was 15km with 25 obstacles along the way. We all knew it would be a challenge, but we had an incredible time and enjoyed pushing out of our comfort zones! Everyone who participated accomplished something and supported each other along the way. In the lead up to the event, we had multiple group training sessions at the beach and of course we had to all celebrate together after. I am so incredibly proud of everyone who gave it ago and pushed themselves!
