TMLs first Powerlifting competition was a huge success! I am beyond proud of everyone who trained hard for the event and so grateful to get to coach such incredible people! There were many PB’s achieved and a lot of support going around. Thank you to all who competed and thank you to the members of our community who showed up to watch and show their support.
